Application
A clear, supportive path into a community built for lasting recovery.

Helping you regain control of your life through structure, accountability, and community.
Pillar House is designed for young men who are ready to build a new life in sobriety. We welcome individuals transitioning from detox or treatment, as well as those who have already begun their recovery journey independently. While we encourage a minimum of 30 days sober, it is not always required. What matters most is a genuine willingness to grow, stay accountable, and participate in a structured, recovery-focused environment.

Our Admissions Process:
Our goal is to make your transition into sober living smooth, transparent, and supportive. Designed for individuals in early adulthood, admission into Pillar House is based on willingness to contribute and motivation to improve, not perfection. We’re here to support you as you build a strong foundation for lasting change. We’ve made our admissions process quick and efficient so you can put yourself into a positive living environment as soon as possible.
1. Initial Phone Screening
We start with a brief, confidential conversation to learn about your needs, sobriety date, and goals for recovery.
2. Follow-Up Interview
If it seems like a good fit, we’ll schedule an in-person or virtual interview to get to know you better, answer your questions, and determine whether Pillar House is the right environment for you.
3. Review of House Guidelines
We’ll walk you through expectations, community standards, and daily structure so you know exactly what to expect.
4. Move-In Coordination
Once accepted, we’ll set a move-in date and help you prepare for a smooth transition.
Eligibility Requirements:
To ensure a safe, stable, and growth-focused environment, we look for residents who are ready to engage fully in their recovery. Applicants should be:
- 18 years or older, sober, and committed to maintaining sobriety
- Willing to follow house rules and contribute to a positive group environment
- Capable of basic self-care and daily responsibilities
- Open to participating in a phone interview and completing an in-person or virtual orientation
